Goals & Motivations

What is our Goal that we want to achieve? Does this feed our Motivation to Train? What do we encounter that can drain our Mental Energy, or conversely, enhance the Efforts that we give? Are these External or Internal Factors? Do we have any Control over these and if not, is this Beneficial to us and achieving Goals?

Understanding the Psychology that lies behind the Physical Training is important in helping us change our approach in order to reach the Goal.

This is the ability to adapt or respond quickly to adversity or a set-back. This is a key part of any strategy – navigating and dealing with minor or short-term obstacles whilst not losing sight of the goal or achievement.
