What is our Goal that we want to achieve? Does this feed our Motivation to Train? What do we encounter that can drain our Mental Energy, or conversely, enhance the Efforts that we give? Are these External or Internal Factors? Do we have any Control over these and if not, is this Beneficial to us and achieving Goals?
